We are saddened by the passing of our good friend Eric Grandon of Sugar Bottom Farm. Eric trusted us to create our best design and commercial photography work. He affectionately named our packaging label concept “The Drip” and always expressed his appreciation of our help with his business. His wife Mary and daughter Abigail were so loved by Eric and we offer prayers for their peace and healing from this loss. Attached is a video of Eric explaining how the bees helped with his ptsd and healing him.

New Print Available: Canaan Wetlands Sunset.
After exploring higher elevation locations around Canaan Valley, WV we were ready to leave thinking it was too late for a sunset. We meandered into wetlands which allowed mountain portraits as the sun had just begun to set. Two of us began shooting as our boots sunk into settling grasses. Although very cold at dusk, we stayed and captured the warmth of the sunset. Its Christmas in the Studio! We had such fun shooting these super cool folk art Santas in our studio recently for Santas by Wade's website. We even rigged up some snow to gently fall on them. We enjoyed visiting with our repeat fine art collectors stopping in to see us, ad agency clients who also were showing, as well as old and new artisan friends at The Capital City Arts & Crafts show Friday through Sunday. New custom orders made for two late nights to bring back prints to Charleston after long show days but always a welcomed reunion atmosphere. We now have some Christmas surprises to prepare as well after some buyers snuck purchases around their spouses. It’s always funny when buyers sneak to hide 18x24 or larger framed print gifts by having us slip them to a waiting car, out the back door, or meet later after the show with them.
