You are in a bad relationship.

Your man is not treating you well.

It's nor your fault.

It's because no one has ever told you how to make yourself a cherished lady a man will go all out for.

I have done this for a few ladies all in search for that lady I'll cherish.

I kept spending money.

Spending times.

But you know what, most of the times, they are off by a bit.

And that bit could become a determining factor.

Meaning they'll lose me.

Yes, I lost them too because they have phenomenal attributes.

But, it's more about me.

Yes,me.

Selfish?

Everyone is.

But here is the catch.

If a man is not for you based on your standard and you can't bend for him, let him go.

No waste of time time with him.

But if he is your type of man, go every mile for him to let him see h9w stupid he would be to not choose you among every other ladies around him.

Attraction would surely bring you wrong man over and over again.

If care is not taking, you will mistake a good person for wrong person and let go of them.

That is why you need to be interesting.

Yes, be interesting rather than being attractive.

When you are interesting, serious men would stay with you.

It becomes a virtue that makes men want you.

It makes men want to figure you out.

Here is the catch, the more they try to figure you out, the more they will love to be with you.

And before they know it, they are proposing to marry you.

How do you become interesting?

Be yourself.

There is nothing that makes people interested in you than you.

Your personality.

Your behavior.

They do everything for you in making people interested in you.

So, you need nothing new to become interesting, you need you.

We all have our definitions for goodness when it has to do with relationships.

And we go for what we believe is good for us.

I mean, what makes a woman good to them.

Do this to make people buy more from you.

Especially if you sell services.

(I don't forget I promised to tell you about business lessons I learned from my old 2001 car)

So, when it gets to the pricing part part, do not give just one price...
..give them 3 prices.

Here you've done them a favor of making a choice.

But, don't stop there, because, as good ass this is, it is also bad as it leaves them confused.

Remember people don't buy when they don't understand what you are selling or are confused about something.

Here is how to do the pricing:

Make your first price your LOTTERY price.

This is what I mean, make it a price you would consider yourself lucky to get from just a service.

Make the second price the price you want or your HIGHEST rice.

This is the price you will charge based on your expertise.

Make the third price a price you will normally charge for your service.

A price not too low but ok and could help to keep you busy.

SO HOW WOUOD THIS HELP YOU SELL MORE?

Do you remember your second price?

People will go for that more for different reasons.

That is why you need to pick your second price very well.

Mind you, there is a way of telling people about these prices to make them want your service.

There are different types and strategies of this message that make people want to buy from you.

What top business owners don't want you to know about selling.

Over time they have told you to make sure your product is so good.

They said good products sell themselves.

But these are two statements that are not 100% correct.

Let's take a look at it.

Have you ever bought a product because of its advertisement but eventually, you did not like it?

Did you buy it because it was good?

So, the first thing people buy in your product is YOU.

How do you make them feel?

How did you introduce and pitch the product to them?

Do you have good knowledge of the product?

These and some other questions are running at the back of their minds.

If you can check those boxes at least, 70 to 80%, you will get the sale.

And till this moment, it is still the same thing.

The question now boils down to, how to have a good and strong immune system.

That can fight, viruses, diseases, bacteria and on.

Food is the answer.

Why?

Business is mathematical, let's face it.

Wait, you don't have to be a math genius.

And the figures don't have to be in decimal jargons...😆

Pardon me math gurus.

So, here is what I am trying to bring out of this:

Let's say your product goes for $10 and you want $100 a day, you need to sell 10 right?

You see the math is simple?

So, how do we get the 10 people to give you the $100 is now the next thing.

Let's go mathematical again...

Hold on, still not a big math.

But here is a fact,

Not everyone that sees your product, offer would say yes.

So, here is what you need to do, reach more people.

Reaching more people would mean a percentage of people would say yes.

Let's take for example, you need 10 sales, and 5 percent of people that sees your offer will buy, that means you need to reach 200 people right?

But one important thing to know here is, yes you will have to reach 200 people but it isn't automatica that they will say yes.

They are not going to buy without reasons to buy.

That is why you need a good message to convince them.

When you are expecting 5 percent of 200 people you reach to buy, so you can have your 10 sales, you can have more.

The message is a very important part of your offer.

It does the convictions.

And another good thing is, more than 5 percent can buy.

This is the power of good message.

Flying from one state to the other for business purpose has been my wish for long.

I remember when I finished my undergraduate. Whenever I see a plane flying, I would be like I would be flying like that one day.

Fast forward to 2021, I had the opportunity of traveling to a different state for business purpose.

Yes, it wasn't a lot of pay.

But it was an expense paid.

And still, I brought home some cash.

But, how was I able to achieve this goal.

NETWORKING.

It was a friend, female friend who got me this deal.

I had fun being away from home for less than 50 hours and did not spend a dime of my own.

If you want more income too, NETWORKING might be a good way to go.

I have been holding and been behind cameras now for a sec...

I have had ups and downs.

It's not always fun.

Sometimes you had fun shooting and outcome would be sour.

Sometimes you feel like the shooting was really good but the outcome would be encouraging.

But, what I have learned are:

Keep going.

Keep learning.

Keep improving.

You will definitely have a sweet story.

It was about their 10th year anniversary this weekend.

It was small but fun.

Too many food than the attendees.

was live on the screen to wow everyone.

People danced and had fun.

So, in my hours of shooting this couple, I found something.

They love each other.

It was laugh moore than smile.

Their vows were great.
