EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) has provided TRACTION for thousands of businesses since it was originally developed by Gino Wickman in the late 90's and early 2000's.

We have worked with several companies "Operating on EOS" and have found it has helped those business leaders more strategically execute their organizational objectives over the lifespan of their business.

We do not have any formal partnership with this implementer, but the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development has historically had good presentations on topics such as this.

[In 2025] I was inspired by so many individuals. This inspiration was the largest collaborative contribution to the work we endeavored together.

Thank you!

Recent years have brought several technological innovations into my life, that I am immensely grateful for. Near the top of the list, if not the greatest innovation for my life, has been through the advent and prevalence of really top-caliber audiobooks.

In 2025, I was fortunate to become acquainted with and have subsequently developed friendships with new humans at work, at church, and in my other social communities. Thanks to these folks, I have broadened my appreciation for some new genres of literature and consumed some literary works that I wouldn't have other considered.

Among some of the most impactful books that I was exposed to this year were works crafted by scientists, physicians, financial experts, and a psychology professor. The most ideologically confounding narratives were themes around the relational dynamics of love, loss, and death; the environmental and metaphysical experiences manifested through sight (blindness), sensation, and perception with the world and others…and the neurochemical and biological ways our physiology, endocrinology, and metabolism impact these lenses...reading that sounds complicated. 🫨

Stephen Bartlett's Diary of a CEO (DOAC) is one of the most compelling podcasts I've listened to.

His guests run the gamut (good luck picking 'which side' he's on) with engaging interviews he conducts that tease out amazing insights that rival even the prolific interviews of the great David M. Rubenstein, but with greater empathy. 🥰

A colleague was asking us the other day, 'What does it mean to be a "neurodiversity advocate"?'

We take Mr. Roger's admonition literally (this is our job in life) -- to help individuals and groups of people realize their unique and special peculiarities, that make their contributions one-of-a-kind, for ALL time.

Temple Grandin is one of those unique and special people-minds-humans. Noble and virtuous marketing both amplifies and narrates the underseen, underheard, and underexperienced stories...real life stories, not apocryphal anecdotes...that can radically change our paradigms and perspectives, so transformation takes place in the lenses through which we see people and communities.

In a small way, that's what it means to be a 'neurdiversity advocate.' It's helping people see in a new way.
