JAW OF LIFE - Sunday, 12-5pm, at Dunedin Smokehouse. Sebastian was found on the streets of Largo (almost getting hit several times crossing a main road). A local citizen stopped to save him & tried to find his owner but after weeks of a dead end, turned him over to Dunedin Doggie Rescue, as he needed advanced medical care that she could not afford. A vet visit & x-ray showed Sebastian has a jaw that was broken in the past & was never fixed & now is disintegrated. Dunedin smokehouse Bartender, Joanna, who is his foster, is putting together this truly life-saving event. Live music by Shawn O. Raffles of beer, gift certificates, doggy items, cocktails, wine & much more Sponsors: Dunedin Smokehouse, Don Q, rum, Dunedin House of Beers, Motorworks, & (your business?). 100% sales of all sponsored drinks will go toward his medical care. He's being a evaluated by a orthodontic canine dentist in early June for what they can do to help him (currently on pain meds to enjoy life)

**CANCELED**DUNEDIN SHOWCASE THEATER PERFORMANCE: BUT WHY BUMP OFF BARNABY? Fri & Sat 7:30pm & Sunday 3pm, at the Dunedin Community Center. This lunatic show poses a fascinating mystery. When Barnaby Folcey is murdered at a family gathering at Marlgate Manor, it transpires that he had a motive to murder everybody else, but no one had a reason to want him dead. While dying, he scrawled the letters "B-A-R," which can implicate everyone. While the bizarre group frantically tries to unmask the murderer, people vanish, poison is found in the sherry, & the police take forever to arrive. Meanwhile, there's a secret treasure to be found, a mystifying limerick to decode, & all sorts of doom to be avoided before the killer is finally unmasked & destroyed using one of the funniest methods ever seen on a stage. DINING OUT FOR LIFE - Thursday. DOFL supports services for people living with HIV/AIDS, all funds raised at our event stay in Hillsborough & Pinellas counties! Partners throughout Tampa, Gulfport, Clearwater, St. Petersburg & Dunedin will join together to support EPIC! At EPIC, we improve our client’s lives with a broad continuum of care regardless of HIV status, gender, or sexual identity. INSPIRED ALE BENEFITTING THE AUTISM INSPIRED ACADEMY - Saturday, 2-6pm, at Dunedin House of Beer. In collaboration with Autism Inspired Academy & Commerce Brewing, we’ll be hosting them for an important fundraiser event, as well as tapping the only keg in existence of their Inspired Ale! Come on out & support a great cause
SNAKES & STUFF - Sunday, 1-2pm, at Rotary Centennial Nature Center at Honeymoon Island State Park. Park Ranger Tim Marshall introduces Honeymoon Island's most revered & sometimes most disliked creatures. Learn about the snakes, turtles, lizards, anoles, geckos, skinks, frogs, & toads that inhabit several natural communities. Learn to accurately ID venomous vs non-venomous snakes. There’ll be no live animals, out of respect to them, however there will be info packs to take home, fun activities, & light refreshments, including great snacks! COASTAL WATERCOLOR MAP PAINTING WORKSHOP - Saturday, 10am, at Tampa Bay Interiors (678 Douglas Ave). All painting supplies are provided & yours to take home after the workshop. Laura Lobdell of Printed Hues will lead you through watercolor techniques & provide a template for you to paint a local coastline. You’ll leave with your own 8x10 inch watercolor map. All supplies are provided. Please allow 2-3 hrs for the workshop, which will take place outside. See Tampa Bay Interiors website for more info
GILDED OYSTER WATERCOLOR PAINTING WORKSHOP - Sunday, 10am, at Tampa Bay Interiors (678 Douglas Ave). All painting supplies are provided & yours to take home after the workshop. THE HOB GIVE BACK - Saturday, 11:30am-12:30pm (while supplies last), at HOB Brewing Co. The HOB Give Back has partnered with Good Neighbors to begin offering food items for you & your family. Our partnership will provide a local assistance program designed to increase food access for families experiencing food insecurity at no charge. Each week will be different, but common items will be greens, fruits, veggies, & prepared foods. Meat, eggs, & dairy will vary each week. This Saturday, while supplies last; times may vary if trucks are running late. We'll be on the south side of the brewery, by the HOB Pavilion & HOB Stage. If you know a family or individual needing some grocery assistance, please send them our way. If you would like to volunteer & assist with our food distribution, please message us. We could use your help!
DUNEDIN HISTORY BIKE TOURS - Saturday & Sunday, 9am. Our expert guide will showcase local landmarks, artists, & history over a 3hr, 7.5-mile tour. This is a leisurely ride on flat terrain with multiple stops along the way, including The Mosaic House of Dunedin & the Fenway Hotel. COMMUNITY SUNSET SOUND BATH - Friday, 7-8pm, at Kiwanis Park (1596 Santa Barbara Dr). Bring a beach chair, yoga mat (we have 10 loaner mats) or blanket & relax & enjoy the healing vibrations, frequencies & sounds of 432 hz quartz crystal singing bowls while watching the sunset. It’s recommended to drink water. Aquarius Home Inspections will be sponsoring this event & offering free coconut waters. This is a free community event & all are welcome, however to fully relax please leave dogs & small children at home! Session starts promptly 1hr prior to sunset.
