Some really cool things happening over here! Haven’t communicated a ton on social what I’ve been building for work… but ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I help individuals and investment firms start and grow their real estate investment portfolio. I have an excellent sense for the pulse of this market and a strong grasp of where we’re heading in the Twin Cities and surrounding metro.

I’ve gained a reputation for sourcing off-market leads… and then I really enjoy the developing stage of underwriting that opportunity and it’s corresponding exit strategy… more spreadsheets please! 📊

Then also the media production side of things as synthesized into a consulting role… and wow we have a launch on the horizon that is freaking so cool!

A lot of this came to fruition because of understanding how *businesses* are appraised and valued. When I learned this I looked around my client base and saw massive growth potential for people I care about. More to come!
