We have a lot to be thankful for this year, including having a team that creates meaningful, award-winning campaigns. We're honored to have left the Shorty Impact Awards with several big wins for our "A Fair Shot" campaign with H&R Block. We took home gold for "Best Use of TikTok," silver in the "Gender Equality" category, and bronze for "Best In Sports." We also came away with "Audience Choice" wins in all categories we shortlisted in. Proud is an understatement. 🏆

There are few things we love more than seeing CLers achieve their wildest dreams. Our very own Whitley Mike departed this week for a long-awaited expedition to the Norweigan Arctic with Sea Women Expeditions. She will be co-leading an Orca ID Project, conducting research on orca conservation, and serving as art director for the journey. In 2020 Whitley was the recipient of our Founders' Grant, which helps employees fund their passions outside of work (and deep in Arctic waters). After the pandemic delayed her departure 2.5 years, we could not be more excited for her and proud of her work.
