At Travon Sellers Design Studio I am currently a one-man-operation. However, I am seeking to scale my output by growing my team in order to take on more complex challenges, big asks, and build more brands through design.

We’re looking to add freelance graphic and print design interns to our tight-knit, fast-paced, creative and talented team.
Location: Twin Cities, MN or Midwest-based is preferred but I'm also willing to work with creatives from remote locations if the applicant's portfolio is strong.
Money: Budget will be given per project, however, please specify an hourly rate for smaller projects.
You Are:
Someone who wants to influence their own growth & development as a designer. You’re looking for an opportunity to grow your design skills while working on real-world clients + projects.
» Currently enrolled in, or graduate of a relevant design program (either
graduate or undergraduate).
» Proficiency with professional design tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator.
» Strong and flexible skills in visual design and logo design.
» Experience with web design or WordPress is a plus.
» Experience with hand illustration (any medium), video production, or branding is a plus.
» Passion for user-centered interface design or the desire to learn about designing website layouts.
» Comfortable with design software for wireframing and prototyping (Sketch, InVision, Figma, Adobe XD, etc) is a plus.
» A passion for creating products that resonate on an emotional level.
» Strong communication and time management skills.
» Detail-oriented.
» Must be able to work both on a team and independently.
» Must be able to share work samples – online portfolio preferred.
