This year's BOCO Family Zoo Picnic brought together teammates and their families for a perfect summer day at the Minnesota Zoo. From cotton candy and face paint to our BOCO bouncy house and plenty of zoo adventures, the day was filled with laughter, connection, and memories in the making.

We're grateful for moments like these—time to step away from our screens, enjoy the sunshine, and celebrate the people who make BOCO such a special place to be. 🧡

Last week’s All Company = one for the books 🙌

We spent the day diving into future-forward thinking in the market, celebrating wins, uncovering opportunities, and spotlighting some seriously impressive client work.

From pong to blindfolded cup stacking to Cheeto towers (and everything in between), teams showed up dressed to impress and brought the energy all day long.

We wrapped with an impactful conversation featuring Jill Renslow of Mall of America alongside our very own Margaret Murphy—followed by some well-earned fun at Dave & Buster’s (yes, including the human claw machine 🕹️).
