Nemer Fieger’s patriarch, Jim Fieger, passed away peacefully at his home on Wednesday at the age of 87.

Jim founded Nemer Fieger after purchasing the agency from Sam Nemer in 1973. With the support of his wife, June, Jim built the agency into a true family business. June, son David, and their daughter, our CEO J. Marie Fieger, worked alongside him, as well as the many Nemer Fieger employees he considered family, too.

Jim was a true leader who instilled in his employees the importance of conducting business with integrity. Through his talent, vision, and business acumen, he became an icon in the Twin Cities advertising industry.

Jim will be deeply missed by the many employees, vendors, and clients whose lives he touched throughout his career.

A celebration of Jim’s life will be held Friday, October 16, at Union Congregational United Church of Christ in St. Louis Park. Visitation will begin at noon, followed by a funeral service at 1 p.m.

The Invisible Wounds Project in Forest Lake, Minnesota, is dedicated to supporting the mental health and wellness of military, veterans and first responders. A special car show and concert is happening at Saturday at Running Aces to benefit that work.

Grace has been part of the Nemer Fieger team for two years, first joining us as an intern. Yesterday, we celebrated another exciting milestone, her first year as our Social Media & Influencer Marketing Specialist!

Over the past year, Grace has continued to bring her experience in social media management and influencer marketing to the NF team, along with creativity, passion, and fresh ideas. She’s helped build meaningful relationships with creators, bring influencer campaigns to life, and support our clients across their social media and influencer campaigns

We’re so grateful to have Grace on the NF team and appreciate the creativity and enthusiasm she brings to everything she does. Here’s to one year and many more milestones ahead!

Terra Lembeck has proudly called Belle Plaine home for the past 10 years, where she lives with her partner, Chris. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and is the proud mom of three adult children: Zachary, Lucas, and Natalie. 
 
For the past decade, Terra has dedicated her time to the Jordan Ambassador Program, where she is passionate about helping young women discover their confidence, develop leadership skills, and find their voice through public speaking. Watching participants grow into strong, capable leaders is one of her greatest joys. 
 
Beyond her work in Jordan, Terra has served as a judge for ambassador and coronation programs across Minnesota, supporting communities that share her commitment to youth leadership. Whether she’s mentoring, judging, or cheering on the next generation, Terra believes in creating opportunities for young women to grow, lead with confidence, and make a lasting impact in their communities. 

Terra believes that ambassador programs are about so much more than crowns and titles—they are about building confidence, developing lifelong friendships, serving others, and inspiring the next generation of leaders. She is honored to continue giving back to a program that has given so much to countless young women and looks forward to serving the Minneapolis Aquatennial with the same enthusiasm, compassion, and dedication that have guided her throughout the past 10 years.
