Join us in congratulating our very own Terra Lembeck on being named one of the 2027 Minneapolis Aquatennial Captains!

⚓️ 2027 Minneapolis Aquatennial Captain ~ Terra Lembeck

Terra Lembeck has proudly called Belle Plaine home for the past 10 years, where she lives with her partner, Chris. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and is the proud mom of three adult children: Zachary, Lucas, and Natalie. 
 
For the past decade, Terra has dedicated her time to the Jordan Ambassador Program, where she is passionate about helping young women discover their confidence, develop leadership skills, and find their voice through public speaking. Watching participants grow into strong, capable leaders is one of her greatest joys. 
 
Beyond her work in Jordan, Terra has served as a judge for ambassador and coronation programs across Minnesota, supporting communities that share her commitment to youth leadership. Whether she’s mentoring, judging, or cheering on the next generation, Terra believes in creating opportunities for young women to grow, lead with confidence, and make a lasting impact in their communities. 

Terra believes that ambassador programs are about so much more than crowns and titles—they are about building confidence, developing lifelong friendships, serving others, and inspiring the next generation of leaders. She is honored to continue giving back to a program that has given so much to countless young women and looks forward to serving the Minneapolis Aquatennial with the same enthusiasm, compassion, and dedication that have guided her throughout the past 10 years.

Kim Farrington — 14 Years
For 14 years, Kim has helped shape the creative vision of Nemer Fieger. As our Creative Director, she brings exceptional talent, thoughtful leadership, integrity, and genuine kindness to every project. Her creativity and steady guidance have made a lasting impact on both our team and our clients.

Ben Nelson — 2 Years
Ben is celebrating two years with Nemer Fieger! As our Finance & Operations lead, he brings thoughtfulness, reliability, and a solutions-focused approach to everything he does. Whether he’s improving processes or supporting our team behind the scenes, his dedication and positive attitude make a difference every day.

Megan Struss — 1 Year
Megan is celebrating her first year with Nemer Fieger! As our Media Coordinator, she brings organization, enthusiasm, and a collaborative spirit to every project. We’re so grateful for everything she’s contributed during her first year and look forward to seeing all she accomplishes in the years ahead.

What an unforgettable weekend filled with music, community, and Minneapolis pride. 💜

We were thrilled to partner with the , , and to promote an unforgettable Prince Sing-Along. Thousands gathered downtown to celebrate an icon whose music continues to connect generations, inspire creativity, and bring people together.

There was no better place to honor Prince’s legacy than in the city he called home. Thank you to everyone who helped make this celebration so special.
