I’m Niki—Founder & CEO of Grow & Gather Agency. Earlier this year, I took a leap of faith, leaving a career I adored for over a decade to pursue something that had been tugging at my heart: empowering woman-owned small businesses with a fresh, authentic approach to marketing.

Entrepreneurship has been part of my story since I was a little girl, sitting at my mom’s desk, watching her pour her heart and soul into her work. When I lost her two years ago, I feared that entrepreneurial spark might fade. But instead, it intensified. I truly believe she passed that fire on to me.

That’s why I built Grow & Gather Agency: to remind female entrepreneurs that marketing doesn’t have to feel overwhelming or intimidating. At its core, marketing should be about meaningful connections. Forget cookie-cutter strategies and salesy pitches that don’t align with who you are. Here, we focus on strategies that honor your voice, your values, and your vision. Okay, okay... we admit it: we’ve been a little MIA. But before you call us out for being a marketing agency that hasn’t exactly been marketing itself, let us explain. 😅

We’ve been head-down, heart-full, and hands-on—supporting incredible clients, building something truly special behind closed doors, and making sure our team is thriving. Priorities shifted, and for a while, social media took the backseat.

As a Content Editor at Grow & Gather Agency, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual narrative of our clients' brands through engaging video content. Your creativity and technical expertise will be essential in delivering high-quality, impactful videos and graphics that captivate audiences across social media platforms.

Position Details:
✨ Part-Time, Contracted / 1099 position
✨ 10-20 hours per month
✨ Remote position

Key Responsibilities:
✨ Video/Reel Editing: Edit and produce high-quality videos and reels that align with clients' brand guidelines and objectives.
✨ Graphics Creation: Create compelling graphics that engage audiences and align to the brand’s identity and aesthetic.
✨ Strategy Implementation: Apply social media knowledge and video editing strategies and principles to enhance content engagement and reach.
