A great day of hands-on learning with UNOX at White Bear Lake Area Schools!

The North Star Agency and UNOX teams recently spent time with Bridget Lehn, Nutrition Services Coordinator at White Bear Lake Area Schools, getting a firsthand look at how UNOX equipment is supporting foodservice across the district. A big thank you to Bridget and her team for welcoming us!

From UNOX combi ovens used throughout the district’s schools to the school’s first ventless Speed Pro paired with an EVEREO extended hot holding cabinet, UNOX is helping the team serve a high volume of students and staff in different ways. The Speed Pro and EVEREO combination is also supporting their new student-run coffee shop, creating even more possibilities for serving great food in a compact, ventless setup.
