Last week I debuted "New Gen on the Block: Working with Generation Z" as a VIRTUAL CE CLASS! 🤩

As you know, I've taught virtual CE classes in various states for years now. This class was different. This was the first time I was both instructor and proctor (meaning I simultaneously taught the material and tracked attendance/engagement for credit worthiness). Was I nervous? You betcha! Did it go well? Heck yeah, it did! 💃

This is a great class! Stacked full of statistics and practical implementation strategies. Generation Z (born 1995-2012) currently makes up 3% of buyers and 2% of sellers according to the NAR 2025 Profile of Buyers and Sellers. They might not be a huge portion of the real estate market, but they will be soon! Now is the time to lay out a plan so you can capture that portion of the market!

How to audit and refine your lead gen target:
🧮 Evaluate Your Progress - Take an honest look at how well you've done with your goal so far. Have you consistently hit your target each week?
📊 Analyze the Market Reality - Take an honest look at the market; does it look different than you projected in January? Let's confirm we aren't using out-of-date assumptions.
🧭 Make the Tactical Pivot - Determine if you should set a new number for the second half of the year or continue on the current path. What will your magic number be for the remainder of 2026?

June Mid-Year Goal Check: The "Stop, Start, Continue" Audit 🚦

It’s officially June, which means we’re halfway through the year. Instead of just pushing through the second half, take a moment to hit the pause button. Using the "Stop, Start, Continue" framework is one of the most effective ways to sharpen your focus and finish 2026 strong.

How to audit your business for the final push:
🛑 STOP what isn't working - We all have tasks or outdated habits that drain our energy without providing a return. Identify 1️⃣ "time-waster" that you are officially retiring this month.
🟢 START one new habit - What is the one action that would make the biggest impact on your production if you did it consistently for the next six months? Pick 1️⃣ and commit to it starting today.
✅ CONTINUE your wins - Often, we get so caught up in growth that we forget to double down on what’s already yielding results. Identify your 1️⃣ most successful activity and make sure it remains a non-negotiable part of your weekly routine.
