Last week I debuted "New Gen on the Block: Working with Generation Z" as a VIRTUAL CE CLASS! 🤩
As you know, I've taught virtual CE classes in various states for years now. This class was different. This was the first time I was both instructor and proctor (meaning I simultaneously taught the material and tracked attendance/engagement for credit worthiness). Was I nervous? You betcha! Did it go well? Heck yeah, it did! 💃
This is a great class! Stacked full of statistics and practical implementation strategies. Generation Z (born 1995-2012) currently makes up 3% of buyers and 2% of sellers according to the NAR 2025 Profile of Buyers and Sellers. They might not be a huge portion of the real estate market, but they will be soon! Now is the time to lay out a plan so you can capture that portion of the market!
