AIGA Minnesota's Design Camp® is a premier event and the largest regional design conference in the country held annually since 1980 on the first weekend of October. Traditionally, Design Camp is held in northern Minnesota and is a wonderful getaway to reignite and explore your creativeness.

🚨 SPEAKER ANNOUNCEMENT 🚨
To round out our keynote presentations, we are excited to announce Katie Kirk & Nathan Strandberg from Eight Hour Day will be featured keynote speakers at Design Camp 2026!

Katie Kirk is a Minneapolis-based illustrator and cofounder of the creative studio Eight Hour Day. Known for her bold colors and playful geometry, her minimalist style aspires to convey a lot using very little. Often inspired by folk art and mid-century design, her love of symbolism, cooking, and nature are repeated themes in her work.

Nate Strandberg is a Minneapolis-based designer who gets to the heart of what makes a brand shine. He’s a fashion enthusiast, bike geek, camera geek, and one-half of the design and illustration studio Eighthourday.

We are incredible honored and excited to announce the talented Bobby Rogers will be a featured keynote speaker at Design Camp 2026!

Bobby Rogers is an image maker and creative director whose practice examines cultural memory, history, and collective imagination. He has developed a distinctive visual language that moves fluidly between contemporary portraiture, editorial photography, design, and large-scale cultural storytelling. Rogers has
collaborated with Apple, The New York Times, Under Armour, Palais Galliera, and others. He is the founder and creative director of The Bureau, a multidisciplinary production studio, and currently serves as Head of Design & Editorial at the Minneapolis Institute of Art.
