We’re putting you on. 👀 just opened in Minneapolis and it is already THAT girl.

They’ve got freshly baked saj bread, shawarma, and a Nutella saj that will completely ambush you. They’re also immigrant-owned with a 24/7 drive-thru open until 1AM, which makes them the real late night move. 🫓

BRAND NEW Japanese spot 👀 And it’s safe to say we’ll be back!

is a new spot that opened in April, and all of the dishes are inspired by the owner’s favorite izakayas in Japan!

We’d highly recommend the aji fry (it was soooo crispy), the beef tongue, and literally any of the skewers! There are so many sharable plates, though, so it’s better to go with friends!

Craft cocktails, but make it ✨educational✨

So not only does make grain-to-glass spirits with local Wisconsin grain, but they’re also completely family owned!

We learned so much on the distillery tour, and the cocktails were delish (tip: get the flight)! And don’t sleep on the restaurant, we highly recommend the Hailie Hen pizza and Italian Sandwich.

Have you ever had frozen beer?

It’s safe to say we’re obsessed with 😌 they’re a Japanese hand roll spot with the most gorgeous interior and the only frozen Kirin beer machine in MN!

We really appreciated how crispy the seaweed was, since they wrap it individually. And everything we tried was amazing, but we’d highly recommend the Mentaiko Maze Udon, Salmon Tartare, Caulini and the Shrimp Tempura. They even offer kids meals!

If you’re a sushi lover in Minneapolis, this spot is a must! 🍣
