✨ Hello again, friends! ✨

It’s been a minute since I’ve shared anything here, but I’ve been deep in creation mode behind the scenes.

After a long season of burnout and moving at a slower pace for the past couple of years, I’ve finally found my rhythm again… and it feels so good.

Over the past few months, I’ve had the chance to:

🎶 Work with an incredible local band — helping them shape their brand identity, create social media content, assist in their album cover creation, and even photograph and film their live shows (including their debut album launch party!)

🎓 Photograph my first senior session (with more booked soon!) — a sweet surprise that has happened through a few different longtime clients.

🎨 Design cover art for a talented musician in Texas (thank you, Threads, for connecting us!)

💇🏻‍♀️ Refresh branding and business cards for a salon, create new cards for a fresh-out-of-beauty-school stylist I’ve known since she was seven (🥹 my heart!), and collaborate again with returning clients like a Florida architecture firm on their 5th year of holiday cards.

📚 Design a book cover for a teacher helping high schoolers understand government, create merch for sports teams, menus and signage for a food truck in Montana that I branded years ago, and continue my monthly design support for a wonderful financial planner who empowers women with her work.

And somewhere between all that—I managed to redesign my website and line up some upcoming photoshoots for musicians, seniors, and creatives.

It’s been busy in the best way, and I’m so thankful to be creating again from a place of joy instead of exhaustion 💚✨

On the last day of this month, I turn 39.

And as I reflect on the past few years... burnout, healing, rebuilding, and rebranding... I’m reminded of how much strength it takes to keep showing up for your dreams.

Building Haven 33 has been less about following a straight path and more about trusting my creative instincts, leaning into my skills, and staying true to what feels meaningful.

As I head toward my 40s, I feel this more than ever. This business isn’t just something I run—it’s a reflection of who I am: someone who believes in the power of creativity, connection, and following through on what lights you up (even when the road gets messy).

If you’ve been here supporting, following, or just cheering quietly from the sidelines, thank you.

The 4th of July means many different things to many people—and in today’s world, that truth feels especially important to acknowledge.

While some are celebrating, others are grieving or reflecting. The word *freedom* can feel complicated depending on who you are and what your lived experience has been in this country.

And that’s valid.

As someone who works with people from all walks of life—small business owners, artists, and dreamers—this holiday reminds me that one form of freedom many of us still fight for is the ability to create something of our own. To build a business, a voice, or a dream that’s *ours*.

I love witnessing so many of my clients take a leap of faith to pursue what they love, and trusting in me to help shape it visually. The work that I do is more than creative services—it’s a partnership in building something meaningful.

And as the daughter of an immigrant—my dad came to the U.S. from Argentina in 1969—this day holds even more layers. I was raised with stories of grit and hope, and I’m deeply grateful for the opportunities my family created. That perspective shapes how I show up in my work and why I care so much about helping others share their voice and vision.

So today, I’m thinking of all the people I’ve had the honor to work with. The ones forging their own path. The ones who believe in possibility, even when it’s hard.
