We skipped the 'trust falls' during last week's team event.

Our ice breakers came with mimosas and were followed by taking in a Twins game aboard Target Field's in-stadium pontoon. We even made an appearance on the Miami Marlins broadcast!

The collective takeaway is that we know who we are, can see where we're going, and the future is as bright as ever.

Ready for the harvest!🥔

For our company volunteer event, the Bullseye Media team headed north to Second Harvest Heartland to bag potatoes for food shelters throughout the Midwest.

As a group, we packed 221 forty-pound bags of potatoes, equivalent to 7,422 meals.

This was such a rewarding experience for our team, and we had a lot of fun in the process. Looking forward to the next one!

Dylan's the one you want in the room when it matters. He can turn a mess into a plan, a plan into a win, and a win into a team win. He sets the bar high, clears it, and somehow inspires everyone around him to do the same. If you've worked with him, you know this isn't luck: it's how he leads. We had the best team outing last week, where we discussed our growth as an agency and got to bond as a team. Great chats, great weather, and it would have been the perfect day if the Twins hadn't forgotten they were supposed to win for us (honest mistake). Love this team!

Our very own Post-Production Manager Brady Davis (BradyToons) took home a top award at AdFed Minnesota's 32 Under 32: Best in Bloom last night! If you know him, you know exactly why.

Brady is the kind of teammate who quietly makes everything better; he’s curious, thoughtful, and always learning. Whether it’s learning new animation techniques or exploring a weirdly specific creative rabbithole, he’s always chasing creative growth. It’s not for show, but because he genuinely cares about achieving the best outcome possible. He creates with bravery.

Beyond all the talent he has in spades, he’s just… good: to his team, with his work, and for this industry. He’s a hero you root for, every episode.

Big thanks to Ad 2 Minnesota and the American Swedish Institute for a beautiful night and a courtyard full of people who give us hope for what’s next.
