I don’t think I’ll ever stop being amazed by this. 🥹

Same mama.
Same little nose kisses.
Two completely different babies.

And somehow, two years disappeared between these moments.

Motherhood is so surreal.

Slow summer mornings with my girls.

No rushing, no plans, just cuddles and soaking up these little moments. I know one day I’ll wish I could come back to mornings like this. 🥹🤍

Some days don’t need big plans. Just getting outside, playing, laughing, and making little memories together.

I know these ordinary moments will be the ones I miss the most someday. 🥹

So for today, I’m choosing to slow down and enjoy it.

When your baby nurses, their saliva mixes with your breast milk in their mouth.

That creates a chemical reaction that can produce compounds with antimicrobial effects: meaning they can help inhibit the growth of certain bacteria. 🤯

So breastfeeding isn’t just food… there’s some pretty wild biology happening during every feed.

Our bodies are freaking incredible. 🥹

Apparently my breast pump offended some people last time.

So… here’s another one.

Feeding my baby shouldn’t be controversial.

A decrease in milk supply can happen for so many reasons: stress, returning to work, hormones, less frequent milk removal, illness, and more.

Today I only pumped 2 oz, and while it’s hard not to compare to what I used to make, I’m choosing to keep going one pump at a time. 🤍

Tell me your best supply-boosting tips below!

The moms POV:

You realize there is nothing more beautiful than watching your baby peacefully eat, slowly drift off to sleep, and feel completely safe in your arms. In those quiet moments, nothing else matters. Just you, your baby, and a love so deep that words could never fully describe it. These are the moments I’ll treasure forever.

Some mornings feel harder than others.

The house is quiet, the coffee isn’t made yet, and somehow you’re already wide awake because your little one needs you. Motherhood isn’t glamorous all the time. It’s early mornings, tired eyes, and showing up anyway.

These are the moments that don’t always make it into the highlight reel, but they’re some of the most meaningful.

If you’re a mama who’s ever started your day like this, you’re not alone. ❤️

How old is your little one? I’d love to know where everyone is in their motherhood journey.

There were so many moments I wanted to give up.

The tears. The exhaustion. The pain. The endless nights wondering if I was doing enough.

Breastfeeding has challenged me in ways I never expected, and there were days I truly thought I couldn’t keep going.

But every feeding reminded me why I wanted to try one more time.

To every mama who’s struggling right now: whatever your journey looks like, you’re doing an incredible job. Whether you’ve breastfed for one day, one month, one year, or chose a different path entirely, your love is what your baby will remember, not how they were fed.

This chapter won’t last forever, and I’m trying to soak in these quiet moments, even on the hard days. 🤍

If you’ve ever felt like quitting, you’re not alone.
