We chased the skies at Willow River, got caught in a little rain, embraced the windswept hair, popped champagne, laughed through it all, and even had their pups join the adventure.

There is something profoundly humbling about slowing down enough to truly notice.

A tea ceremony reminds us that presence is found in the ordinary moments we choose to meet with care. The warmth of the cup, the rhythm of the breath, and the quiet between conversations become an invitation to return to ourselves.

It was a joy to document one of Anne's beautiful tea ceremonies. She creates such an intentional space for reflection, connection, and presence. If you're in the Twin Cities and feel called to experience the quiet wisdom of tea, I highly recommend joining one of her offerings.
