I don't feel much like talking about work or projects or even greeting someone with a simple "Good morning" in an email these days.
But since SEVEN is my favorite number, I'm going to share a small (albeit time-consuming) part of my life: I am celebrating 7 years as a run coach with LifeTime.Life.
Beyond the number 7 are the COUNTLESS runners I've chased, been chased by, run alongside, trained, invited, and encouraged since I started this sport.
Running doesn't discriminate. It doesn't care about your shape, color, age, religion, or genetics. So there's that.
And you'd be surprised how many problems have been resolved on long runs. People who share different viewpoints from your own weigh in on your ideas, debate, and even share a story that might trigger you to think differently.
I'm going to go for a run. Clear my head of the hate and the worry over the course of a few miles or more. Maybe I'll see you out there. Maybe you'll want to try running. If so, you know where to find me🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️
