🍂 Another beautiful day!! Today is Vendor Work night at The Annex by Rustic Roots Antiques LLC. in Main Street Greenville.

🛍️ You know what that means?

🍂 My fellow vendors are stocking their booths with fresh new items just in time for the weekend Fall Crawl. Here are some pics of my new things - PLUS - other great items on both levels of the store.

🎃 First of all - Halloween Glitter Prints have finally landed my booth at The Nest 1896. Everything feels right with my world now. 😜

On my way back to the office I stopped by a “pocket sized” pop up shop in New Bremen called Birdsong Shop. This is a unique shop only open 4 days a month and believe me - you DON’T want to miss the beauty that my new friend Katie has cultivated in the former summer kitchen/broom shop behind her home. Shop today until 6:00 and final day Saturday, 26th from 10 am - 6 pm. Follow her page for the best information!

If you are looking for a caterer, consider attending this open house featuring the delicious food of Split Decision Catering,LLC. Chef Susie makes delicious food and has a lovely heart. When my husband had to have emergency surgery just days before an event, Susie stepped into his place. This was a great relief to my husband and it contributed to the success of that event.

Joining Susie is special guest (and special person) Karrie of K.B. Design and Consulting LLC. Karrie is an incredibly talented and organized decorator. This is a perfect opportunity to do some wedding planning AND to meet two great women with successful businesses!

We are so excited to invite you to our Tasting Event on October 25th from 1:00–3:00 PM at the Jackson Center Family Life Center! 💙

This is a great chance to sample some delicious food, get inspired for your upcoming event, and see how we can help make your wedding, party, or gathering feel special and stress-free. We are also excited to have Karrie Buehler with KB Design & Consulting joining me as a special guest!

🎟️ Tickets are $20 per person and space is limited, so be sure to reserve your spot by messaging on Facebook or texting 937-538-8053. We would love to see you there!

🇩🇪🎃🇩🇪 I’ve been late to get my fall decor started. If you are in the same boat and need some new German flair in order to prepare for the Oktoberfest - make your way over to Minster Market.

They are stocked with prints, cards, jewelry, mugs, apparel and SO. MUCH. MORE! Be sure to shop next weekend for the Pumpkin and Spice Market shopping event throughout the plaza.

Restock day at The Annex by Rustic Roots Antiques LLC.!

I brought a few new treasures and lots of new bookmarks. Some are encouraging, some are cheeky. Maybe one of them reminds you of a person in your life. Maybe today is the day you drop a card in the mail - just to say “hey” to that special soul.

It’s almost the weekend! Make plans to check out Main Street Greenville on Saturday and shop local!

🐦 My vintage loving friends will want to check out this unique shopping opportunity in New Bremen. Owner Katie explains her "pocket sized" shop best on her website (so click the link in her post to visit her site).

🎶 And be sure to follow Birdsong Shop to be reminded of when the shopping weekends happen.

Birdsong is a pocket-sized mercantile stocked with coveted vintage pieces, and thoughtful, hand-crafted objects. Housed in an original brick summer kitchen of an 1876 home, Birdsong is a place that rejoices in lining its shelves with goods that are inspired by the nature around us, that proudly exhi...

😅 Finally!

🪺 I dropped off some fresh new designs at The Nest 1896. And it’s a weird mix for sure.

🎃 Quirky, creepy Halloween.

📚 Silly, whimsical bookmarks.

✝️ And a beautiful collection of faith based bookmarks inspired by people and sermons that have touched me.

There are lots of lovely things to enjoy! Including the Janis Joplin iced latte next door at Allways Brewin’. Hope you make it out this weekend!

🇩🇪 Oktoberfest is right around the corner! Thanks to those who purchased my German Vibe prints and notecards at Minster Market.

🌷 Next week I’ll stock up on more framed prints, larger unframed Schnitzelbank prints, and maybe even a new banner. 🤷🏻‍♀️

🇩🇪 We’ll be 🎶 rolling out the barrel 🎶 before we know it!

🧶 Some who follow my page know that we paused our Crafty Connections meetings for the summer. I'm excited to say that we've scheduled a gathering for October 22nd (the general feeling was that it would be good to wait until after we recovered from Oktoberfest) 😆

We have also started an official page Crafty Connections at Minster Market. Follow this page to learn more about our crafting shenanigans.

We hope to see some new faces this fall, along with our regular crafters!

🗓️ Mark your calendars! 🗓️

🧶 Crafty Connections will return, Thursday, October 22nd from 6:30 - 8:30pm. Follow this page to learn more about future events.

For anyone unfamiliar with Crafty Connections, I will explain!

🌟 Free night! Friendly People! BYOC (Bring Your Own Craft). 🌟

🎨 That's pretty much it. Crafty Connections was started in 2025 to support our friends new business, Minster Market. We meet in the back area of her spacious store, which has plenty of tables and work spaces. Sometimes we have projects you can participate in. Or you can purchase a kit from the Market. We always have snacks.

✂️ There is no registration, there is no game plan. You show up with your own project and just enjoy a few hours of chatting with other crafty minded people. It's a great way to carve out time to work on your projects, meet other people, or just get out of the house.

🖊️ More info coming on the October gathering. We can't wait to get crafty again!!

🦢🤍🦢 Special thanks to my Mystery Swan Admirer! 🦢🤍🦢

I found this sweetheart at my back door on Monday and I love her! I mean, I always love a good painted rock so a chippy painted vintage swan TOTALLY makes my day!

She now lives in my office, adding a bit of whimsy near my coffee maker. 🤍
