We created the Mishawaka Troop Town website and help with their social media…… and this is truly one of the most meaningful projects I’ve ever had the privilege of working on. When you hear stories of people who have endured homelessness, you will often find that the struggles that led them there aren’t always what stereotypes have portrayed. I’m honored to walk a mile in their shoes and partner with Mishawaka Troop Town in combating veteran homelessness. This is absolutely a cause worth supporting and I encourage other business owners to order an honor brick as a business sponsorship. If you want to sponsor something truly meaningful, here’s your opportunity! More information in comments of original post!
ATTENTION: Please take a moment to read all the way through and like, comment, and share this post to make a difference! You never truly know what it’s like to face housing instability…… until you experience it yourself.
Many of us have spent more time on the brink of housing instability than we’d like to admit. A week of missed work, the loss of a loved one or a beloved pet, an unexpected illness or injury, a mental health crisis, or even an auto accident. Moments like these can put a person behind financially who ordinarily seems to have it together.
Those of us who are blessed with a roof over our heads today, may face instability or uncertainty tomorrow. But the people who should NEVER have to worry about it are the ones who have fought for our freedom.
This is why we do what we do. And for the month of July, you can support our mission by purchasing an honor brick with all engraving fees waived. A 4x8 brick is $100 and a 8x8 brick is $200. You can commemorate a loved one or sponsor a brick through your business. Either way, you’re creating a legacy that makes a difference for years to come.
We’ve all had moments of chaos in our lives. Let’s come together and make a difference for veterans in the Michiana area. Share and tag a friend (or five!) so we can reach more people! Let’s make this the greatest Honor Brick Sale that Mishawaka Troop Town has ever seen!
