A self-taught artist, Samara Dulik of Brushworks by Samara has been creating bold, imaginative work for over a decade. Her practice is a highly personal fusion of Surrealism and Cubism, with acrylics as her primary medium. Through lyrical figuration and the energy of Graffitism, Samara’s paintings explore color, form, and movement in ways that transform spaces into living works of art. Samara’s fine art career began in the San Francisco Bay Area, where she exhibited at Fuse in San Francisco, Somar in Jack London Square, and a series of pop-up art shows across the region. After relocating to the South Bend area, she continued her artistic journey with ongoing exhibitions at Create Bar & Grill in Niles, Michigan. She holds a degree in Fine Arts from Indiana University, further grounding her practice in both classical and contemporary approaches. Today, Samara focuses her creative energy on murals and window art, bringing life, personality, and storytelling to residential, commercial, and community spaces. Her work transforms walls, storefronts, and gathering places into vibrant canvases that not only reflect her unique artistic voice but also create connection, inspiration, and identity for those who experience them. Whether designing large-scale murals that immerse viewers in color and form or crafting seasonal and custom window art that makes businesses stand out, Samara’s mission is simple: to make spaces speak through art.
