Three words to describe the past 12 weeks: Challenging. Inspiring. Intense.

I’m proud to share that I’ve graduated from the Goldman Sachs One Million Black Women in Business program! This experience was truly transformational—filled with mentorship, strategy, and insights that pushed me to grow beyond my limits.

Even more meaningful was the sisterhood I gained. To my Growth Group #23 cohort, your support and shared purpose made this journey unforgettable.

Deep gratitude to my advisor, Courtney Seard, for your wisdom and accountability, and to my family, colleagues, BNI family, and the incredible Goldman Sachs team (along with NYU Stern, The Jump Start Team, and partners) for believing in my vision.
