Job Summary
As an Assistant Digital Merchandiser, you will support the Webstore Team by assisting with new item creation, building webstores and maintaining merchandising standards. Reporting to the Apparel Merchant, this role will work closely with Purchasing, Art, and Sales to ensure the web store creation process is fast and efficient while producing a flawless customer experience.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Build custom e-commerce webstores through use of proprietary software and systems
· Ensure customer e-commerce experience is seamless from webstore homepage to check out by consistently performing quality control checks of product pages
· Add and modify new products in an accurate, timely manner
· Proof webstores prior to go-live
· Write webstore copy and maintain a consistent format across each store
· Source and upload accurate product size charts
Skills and Abilities
· Must be well-organized, detail-oriented and process driven with excellent communication skills within a fast-paced work environment
· High attention to detail
· Strong time management skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines
· Possess diligent work habits, including a willingness to work the hours necessary to get the job done, especially when important deadlines cause greater than normal departmental pressures
