Hey mamas! Local Monmouth County mom here. 🧩 If anyone else is staring down a summer full of doctor transitions, therapy shifts, or just trying to figure out why your little one is suddenly having massive sensory meltdowns in the heat—I built something out of my own frustration. I couldn’t keep tracking behavior on random scraps of paper, so I created the Pattern Spotter Binder. It’s an A5 system that maps out sensory triggers, sleep data, and daily behaviors so you have actual, organized evidence for your specialists instead of trying to remember it all while exhausted. Local pickup/dropoff can be arranged!

👋 Hi, I’m Jamie and I design for the beautiful, busy, neurodivergent brain.

Standard planners aren’t always built for the way our minds work. As a stationery designer, I create intentional tools that focus on goals and executive function rather than just “busy work.”
