This month marks 25 incredible years of Michele Asfalg at Warm Thoughts Communications — and we couldn’t be more grateful.

From her early days as an Account Coordinator to now expertly managing complex projects and delivering results for our clients, Michele has been the definition of dedication. She keeps everything running smoothly, tackles every challenge with heart, and always brings her A-game.

But Michele is more than a project pro — she’s our resident party planner, a champion of company culture, and a true team spirit. Whether she’s leading with empathy or making sure no detail is overlooked, she brings joy, warmth, and Wonder Woman-level energy to everything she does.

Most importantly, she’s a Super Mom to two awesome boys.

Kevin Bell, our talented Junior Web Developer, has been a key part of the Warm Thoughts Communications team for a year now! With over 20 years of experience in web development, including running his own company, Kevin’s eye for detail and creativity has brought countless projects to life. From graphic design to website development, his ability to listen to clients and transform their needs into visual reality is unmatched.

Outside of work, Kevin enjoys spending time with his wife, recording and playing music, and diving into biographies, philosophy, and other non-fiction reads. He also finds joy in caring for his dogs and nurturing his beloved Bonsai trees.

A proud New Englander, Ashley’s journey began in the agency world before moving to media and advertising, where she made her mark at tech giants like Yahoo and CarGurus. Her passion lies in connecting the dots to help companies elevate their brand, attract new customers, and boost revenue.

When she’s not busy driving success at work, Ashley loves to unwind by seeing live music, hiking, biking, and playing a game of chuck-it with Charlotte, her speedy Cunucu rescue dog from Aruba.

Harriet Carlin, our incredible AR/Executive Assistant, has been a vital part of our team for a decade!

Known as our jack-of-all-trades and master of them all, Harriet excels in managing accounts receivable, coordinating client Breakthrough Groups, meetings, training sessions, and many other administrative tasks. When Harriet walks into the room, you can instantly feel her energy and enthusiasm. She claims her superpower is nudging, a handy trait in her role.

Outside of work, Harriet loves touring museums and historical houses, embracing her passion for history and culture.
