Thank you Montgomery County, PA for including me in this honor alongside so many amazing female entrepreneurs in the county!

This morning, the Montgomery County Board of Commissioners recognized women-owned businesses making an impact across our communities.

From local shops and restaurants to wellness services and family support programs, these entrepreneurs are strengthening our economy and bringing vibrancy to our main streets.

Just about a year ago, in March 2025, I started Salient Social Co. with not knowing where this road would take me. I knew that I had a passion for creating, and helping other small businesses in the community grow, so I decided to channel this passion into something bigger, something impactful, and something meaningful.

I’ve learned more in the last year than I ever could’ve imagined not just about my business, but about myself. I’ve learned that both the successes and the challenges that come with entrepreneurship are worth everything, because in the end, it all leads to growth.

In the past year, we’ve had the opportunity to partner with 50+ local businesses through social media management, content creation, photography, branding, graphics, and more. Through God’s grace, what started as a one-woman show has grown into an expanding team, helping small business owners bring their brands to life online.

This past Thursday, I had the honor of celebrating my one-year anniversary while being recognized alongside just a few of the other incredible female entrepreneurs by Montgomery County as part of Women’s History Month. I want to sincerely thank the Board of Commissioners for inviting me to be part of such a meaningful event. It was truly an honor.

I also want to thank every client and every person who has supported my business this past year. Every referral, review, share, and kind word truly means everything to me. None of this would be possible without you.

Thank you for an amazing first year…there’s so much ahead, so stay tuned for what’s to come.
