Please if there is something wrong with your order when you receive it-please reach out and let me make things right! Turnaround Time - Unless stated otherwise most items are 10-15 BUSINESS days. Business days are Monday-Friday-EXCLUDING holidays. Please understand that things do come up and are out of my control. Customer Service is my top priority and I will always do what I can to give you the best service. Returns - Since most items are personalized there will be NO returns. For items not personalized you have 7 days from delivery to return item for store credit. Item must be new, not worn and still in the same condition. I always try my best to give you reviews on an item before purchasing. We are all different and like our items to fit differently but I will give you details before ordering. Shipping - Once the order is complete I will ship it out and send you tracking information. All items are shipped through USPS. Once an item is in the hands of the post office I am no longer responsible for it. If something happens to your item during transit please notify me ASAP.
