If your goal is more followers, reels are gonna be your best friend.

When growing a new Instagram account, you need to focus on what can get you infront of a bigger audience.

Carousels are great for nurturing your existing audience, but they don’t give you reach reels do for new audience.

Always prioritize what pushes you further toward your goals.

It takes time to get good at content, and trying to make high quality posts everday is a lot to keep up with.

If you’re just now starting to post on social media, focus on just 3 posts a week.

Once you can comfortably do that every week, then consider increasing your volume.

Sure, it seems like a good idea to maximize your presence online.

But when put into practice, people get overwhelmed trying to post new content across five different platforms.

And then they just give up on social media because they can’t keep up.

In reality you don’t need to be everywhere, especially when you’re just starting out.

Focus on either one platform you like, or one where you know your avatar client will be.

Getting good at one platform is far better than posting mediocre content on five.
