Langan Sports Welcomes Coach Nick Cesare to the Coaching Staff

Morganville, NJ — Langan Sports is proud to announce the addition of Nick Cesare to its coaching staff. Coach Cesare brings over a decade of high-level collegiate coaching experience and a championship playing pedigree that aligns perfectly with Langan Sports’ mission of elite player development.

Coach Cesare currently serves as Associate Head Coach and Pitching Coach at New Jersey City University, a role he has held since 2018. He has been with the NJCU baseball program since 2011, playing an instrumental role in developing pitchers, managing staff strategy, and helping guide the program’s sustained success. Prior to his collegiate coaching career, he also served as a varsity assistant coach at Spotswood High School.

As a player, Coach Cesare was a standout pitcher at Kean University, earning All-Region and All-State honors in 2010. He was a key member of the 2007 NCAA Division III National Championship team and competed in the Division III College World Series in 2007, 2008, and 2009. A graduate of South Plainfield High School, he was an All-County and All-Area selection as both a pitcher and first baseman.

“Coach Cesare’s experience at the collegiate level, combined with his ability to develop pitchers and competitors the right way, makes him an outstanding addition to our staff,” said Stephen Langan, Owner of Langan Sports. “Our athletes will benefit tremendously from his knowledge, structure, and player-first approach.”

Coach Cesare will work closely with Langan Sports athletes on pitching development, arm care, game preparation, and overall baseball IQ, helping players reach their full potential while preparing them for success at the next level.

Langan Sports is excited to welcome Coach Cesare and looks forward to the immediate impact he will have on athletes and the program as a whole.
