Rollin' Coffin's "Product of Demise": A Heavy Hitter

Rollin' Coffin's Product of Demise is a relentless sonic assault that leaves an undeniable mark. The EP, featuring the iconic vocals of Tim Williams (Vision of Disorder, Bloodsimple), is a testament to the band's raw power and unyielding energy.

From the opening track, the listener is immediately immersed in a whirlwind of heavy riffs, thunderous drums, and Williams' signature vocal delivery. The band seamlessly blends elements of classic rock, metal, and punk, resulting in a sound that is both familiar and fresh.

The songwriting is sharp and concise, with each track delivering a powerful punch. The lyrics, often dark and introspective, delve into themes of loss, anger, and despair. However, there's also a sense of hope and resilience that shines through.

Product of Demise is a must-listen for fans of heavy music. It's a gritty, uncompromising release that captures the essence of what makes Rollin' Coffin so special.

Highlights:
* "Heaven Knows": A soaring anthem with a memorable chorus.
* "Runaway": A high-energy rocker with a catchy riff.
* "Hate Is Real": A blistering track that showcases the band's intensity.

If you're looking for a heavy dose of rock 'n' roll, look no further than Product of Demise.

I wore this review before the album came out this week. I received my copy almost a month in advance.

I received my copy of Zealot the debut album by Dead Icarus the new band by Ex-Atreyu singer Alex Varkatzas. I'm going to start off by saying I was not a fan of Atteyu at all.

Dead Icarus has arrived with a force that's hard to ignore. Their debut album, Zealot, is a relentless onslaught of heavy metal that showcases the band's raw talent and unwavering intensity.

From the opening track, it's clear that Dead Icarus is not afraid to push the boundaries of their genre. The album's blend of Metalcore, Thrash Metal, Black Metal elements and Hardcore is both familiar and refreshing, with intricate riffs, pummeling breakdowns, and Alex Varkatzas' ferocious vocals taking center stage.

Zealot is filled with visceral energy and emotional depth. With tracks like "The Unconquerable" are anthems of defiance and rebellion. The album's production is top-notch, capturing the band's raw power and dynamic range.

If you're a fan of heavy music that's both brutal and melodic, Zealot is a must-listen. Dead Icarus has delivered a debut album that is sure to make a lasting impact on the metal scene.

Sentient Horror's "In Service of the Dead": A Brutal Tribute to Old-School Death Metal

Sentient Horror has once again delivered a crushing blow to the death metal scene with their latest offering, In Service of the Dead. This album is a testament to the band's unwavering commitment to the classic Swedish death metal sound, paying homage to the genre's golden era while injecting fresh energy and technical prowess.

From the outset, the album's production is immaculate, balancing raw aggression with clarity. The guitars, driven by razor-sharp riffs and blistering solos, create a wall of sound that is both heavy and melodic. The drums, with their thunderous blast beats and precise fills, provide the rhythmic backbone that propels the music forward.

Vocally, Sentient Horror delivers guttural roars and high-pitched shrieks that perfectly complement the music's intensity. The lyrics, while often obscure and cryptic, evoke a sense of darkness and despair that is characteristic of the death metal genre.
In Service of the Dead is a relentless assault on the senses, with each track offering a unique blend of heaviness, melody, and technicality. Standout tracks like "The Way of Decay" and "Undead Mutation" showcase the band's ability to write catchy, memorable riffs that stay with you long after the music has stopped.

While Sentient Horror may not be reinventing the wheel with this album, they have certainly perfected their craft. In Service of the Dead is a must-listen for fans of old-school death metal and a strong contender for one of the year's best releases in the genre.

I can not wait to hear the new All That Remains single "Divine" on Friday!! I am beyond excited for this song and the upcoming album (I assume there is a album coming). From the clips I heard it sounds like it is on par with "The Fall Of Ideals" and "Overcome"🤘🤘🤘
