Simple sign frame for a client. The mounting plates are cnc machined with an alignment pocket in the center to simplify and speed up assembly. A piece of scrap was used to make a holding fixture for the main 2” square aluminum. A little up front planning makes even simple projects more enjoyable! Next up... tig weld the frame together and prep for paint.
