. Received October 2025.I bought this KLite bundle to expand my business and straight out the box there are problems. Initial setup working fine, add the ink and the grinding noise starts. Contact the company, say its the waste ink pump sends a replacement but you the customer has to replace it, with pictures and video. Not ideal but 2500$ is money not being made back as long and the printer is down. Replacement is complete and screw hits power box and shorts machine, again another replacement for the customer to fix. Next replacement done and the machine makes the exact same grinding noise. Takes another week of chats and videos before the company decides to say hey send it back and we will fix it. By this this time it has been a month with the crappy product and dealing with the crappy customer service reps. I clean it thoroughly, box it back up in the original packaging. Send it off of November 20, 25. They received it the 24th. No word all of December but the standard we are working to fix the problem. Finally January 2nd of 2026 PEOPLE. I get the customer service support back on chat and they are now refusing to refund the crappy printer that they currently have in their possession because it is out of the return period. BECAUSE THEY HELD IT FOR THE ENTIRE DURATION. This is a crappy product from an even crappier company. And they are trying to force me to take back the printer even after explicitly stating I would rather they keep it and refund the money minus the ink and other products currently in my possession. Again refusely. So heed the warnings and think very very carefully before buying from . Lord knows I wish I did.

IS THE WORST DTF PRINTER COMPANY. They are REFUSING to refund for a printer that they have in their possession. They have had it for over a month now, since 11/20 of 2025. Here it is 1/2 of 26. HEED THE WARNINGS.
