Customer Service / Sign Production Team Member
SignARC is growing, and we’re looking for a reliable, motivated individual to join our sign & graphics production team. If you enjoy hands-on work, helping customers, and being part of a creative environment—this could be a great fit.
Position:
Customer Service / Sign Production
What You’ll Do:
• Greet and assist customers in person, by phone, and email
• Take orders and help customers understand sign options and materials
• Assist in producing signs, decals, banners, and vinyl graphics
• Perform basic sign production tasks such as weeding, laminating, mounting, and finishing
• Help operate sign and print equipment (training provided)
• Work with the production team to meet deadlines
• Keep the shop clean, organized, and professional
• Requires being on your feet all day and may require heavy lifting on occasion.
What We’re Looking For:
• Friendly, professional, and dependable
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented with a good work ethic
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Comfortable working with hands and tools
• Basic computer skills (design or sign experience is a plus, but not required)
• Must have valid drivers license, reliable transportation and must be able to pass a drug test (this includes ma*****na)

Schedule:
• Full-time
• Monday–Friday
• No weekends
