Hi GUYS & GALS 👋
There were soooo many customers in and out of the shop today that we honestly lost count.
One thing I'd like to say is that every project that comes through our doors is different. Every vehicle, sign, sticker, wrap, or CUSTOM JOB has its own challenges, and because of that, I reserve the right to accept, decline, or take time to think about a project before committing to it. I also apologize in advance if I can't throw a quote at you on the spot as well. 👍
If I don't feel comfortable that I can produce something I'm proud of, or if I don't believe it's the right fit for our shop, I'm okay with saying no. I'd rather be honest upfront than promise something I can't stand behind.
I also believe that respect goes both ways. My team and I work incredibly hard, and while I'll always do my best to help everyone, I won't tolerate being spoken to disrespectfully or my staff. If that means turning away a job, I'm okay with that! 👏👏👏👏
