📣 Barneys CEO, Daniella Vitale stated: "The entire industry is in survival mode ... the model is not working, it’s not working for Neiman [Marcus], it’s not working for Saks, it’s not working for us, it’s not working for Nordstrom.”

🙄 It's no longer a surprise to see these old school retail brands fold shop. They have all ignored the opportunity to embrace digital marketing like their direct to consumer competitors, and are now paying the price for that ignorance.
