Here's the part of a custom apparel order most people never see.
Printing the shirt? That's the fast part.
It's everything BEFORE the print that takes the work.
The screen has to be prepped.
Colors have to be registered.
The garment has to be positioned correctly.
Embroidery has to be framed straight.
Logo placement has to be dialed in.
Skip one step and suddenly that logo is crooked, colors don't line up, or embroidery starts puckering.
That's why a quality order takes the time it takes.
It's not about waiting on a machine.

We wish.
Before a logo ever makes it onto a hat, polo, jacket, or uniform, there are a lot of small decisions happening behind the scenes.
The artwork has to be digitized.
Thread colors have to be matched.
Stitch density has to be right.
Small lettering has to stay readable.
And the design needs to work with the actual fabric we're decorating.
Get one of those details wrong and you can tell.
That's why we test, adjust, and dial everything in before the full production run starts.
It's not the flashy part of custom embroidery.
But it's the difference between putting your logo on something and making sure your brand actually looks like your brand.

It's one of the most common questions we get.
The answer? It depends on what you're putting your logo on.
Screen printing is a great option for T-shirts, larger designs, and bigger quantities. It's bold, clean, and usually gets more cost-effective as the order grows.
Embroidery gives you that stitched, dimensional look that's hard to beat on polos, hats, jackets, and other structured pieces.
Our quick rule:
Tee? Print it.
Polo or hat? Stitch it.
There are exceptions, of course. The garment, logo, quantity, and intended use all matter.
But figuring that out shouldn't be your job.
