We want to share a story close to home.

Presley is a 13-year-old girl from Mount Prospect. In March, the flu and strep led to sepsis and pneumonia that nearly took her life. She fought through it, but the damage from severe inflammation and blood clots meant her medical team had to amputate both of her legs to save her life.

Her community responded with neighbors across Mount Prospect putting "Proud Member of Presley's Posse" yard signs in their front lawns as a reminder that she is loved and not alone. We are grateful to have been able to print these yard signs and have been moved watching them spread across the neighborhood.

Presley has been brave and persevered, but she has a long road ahead. She'll need prosthetics, adaptive mobility equipment, and continued therapies. Her family has a GoFundMe to help make sure she has what she needs to build her new normal.
