Ukponmwan has spent his career learning how to care for patients with kidney disease from every angle. He completed his nephrology fellowship at Kaiser Permanente San Francisco Medical Center, where he cared for patients with both sudden and long-term kidney problems, managed patients on dialysis and worked alongside transplant teams at the University of California San Francisco supporting patients before and after kidney-transplant surgery.
Cotter is not new to Baxter Health. She has been a registered nurse and charge nurse with the health system since 2001, building more than two decades of relationships with patients and colleagues across the organization. Her transition to the Gastroenterology Clinic as an APRN represents a natural next step in a career defined by continuous growth and a deep commitment to the patients of northcentral Arkansas.
