The era of our ‘26 seniors is coming to a close, and what an era it’s been.

These five brought creativity, leadership, and a whole lot of personality to The Agency. From growing skills in graphic design and leadership, to becoming stronger strategic communicators, to learning how every piece of an agency works together, they didn’t just work here, they made this place better.

The Louie Awards are always a great time, and this year was no different! Named after Dr. Louis Ingelhart — the founding chair of Ball State's journalism department and a legendary advocate for student press freedom — the Louies are SJSC's annual celebration of student excellence. This year, two Agency students were finalists for juried awards that highlight the best work in the school:

- Radley Richman, our interim Director of Sales, was a finalist for the Excellence in Photography award.
- Zoe Brock, our Director of Public Relations, was a finalist for the Excellence in Strategic Communication award for her work with Queen City Clay.

In addition to the juried Excellence Awards, The Agency recognized four of our own with silver and gold honors:

- Emerging Voice Silver Award – Madelyn Cooper, Chloe Couch, and Radley Richman
- Visionary Leadership Gold Award – Oakley Myers

Huge congratulations to all our finalists and award winners — we are so proud of you!
