POV: the massages aren’t cutting it anymore 🙃

If you spray tan for a living, you know the stance. Slight hunch. Arms working nonstop. Upper back on fire by the end of the week.

So when opened inside — literally right across the street from our shop — we took it as a sign.

went to see Dr. Amir (he’s the nicest and actually explains what he’s doing which we love). He’s did some dry needling on those tight shoulder and upper back spots. It’s basically using tiny needles to get directly into the knotted muscle so it finally relaxes instead of just temporarily feeling better.

Running a business is physical too, and at we’re trying to be smarter about taking care of ourselves this year 🤭💪
