📣 Hey SMG Members & Prospective Members!
It has recently come to our attention that some of you may not be receiving our emails from [email protected].
We’ve looked into the issue on our end and believe we’ve resolved any potential problems with our email system. However, it appears that some individuals are still experiencing missing communications.
If you are not receiving our emails, the most likely reasons are related to your personal email settings or inbox filters, such as:
• Mailbox rules or filters
Your email provider may automatically move messages into folders, archive them, or delete them based on existing rules.
• Spam or Junk filtering
Messages may be landing in your Spam or Junk folder depending on your email provider’s settings.
• Focused Inbox / “Other” tabs (Microsoft Outlook users)
Emails may be sorted into different tabs like “Focused,” “Other,” or “Clutter,” rather than your main inbox.
• Messages being overlooked
Sometimes emails are delivered but not seen if they are sorted into folders other than the primary inbox.
