The best part about Kolton Woods was his willingness to pass the baton on his way out and recommend a remarkably bright and talented replacement. Teagen Schultz will be jumping in head first Monday morning and we're so proud and thankful to be able to continue to help usher in young people who want to learn a little more about the broadcast business while they attend school.

On a very personal note, I am so thankful that I got to a place where I could give younger people a shot to get going minus the pressure of a "first job" in media today. I never imagined it would be me. To whom much is given, much is expected.
