If you haven’t tried this yet you owe it to yourself to get here ASAP. This is the Heavy rub brisket my Son Cole developed. We call it Cole’s Twist. Obviously we still have out traditional Mikes brisket but this is getting a lot of attention.
Come by anytime to give it a try and hope some is still available .
