Production Print Operator
Full-Time position
Business Hours: 8:30 – 5:00 (Mon – Fri)

We are seeking a production print operator who has the necessary skills to work in our fast-paced production department.
The ideal candidate will be creative team player, have a positive attitude, and be committed to quality. Experience is preferred but not required. Training will happen on the job.
Responsibilities:
• Reviewing department job tickets, managing workflow to ensure all orders are completed on time, and consistently meeting customers’ expectations while maximizing machine efficiency.
• Operate Digital and Signs & Graphics printers, binding and other auxiliary equipment
• Includes cutting flyers/business cards, processing mailers, binding books, folding brochures, padding notepads, etc
• Follow all established procedures.
• Operate copiers/printers and finishing equipment
• Preparing/packaging and shipping completed jobs
• Maintain an orderly work area
• Assisting with on- and off-site sign installations, site checks, vehicle lettering, etc.
• Weeding and masking cut vinyl
• Application of laminates and transfer tapes
• Hand trimming of graphics with knife and straightedge
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent education
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to follow written instructions.
• Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
• Able to effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
• Ability to work both in a team environment and autonomously with minimal supervision or direction.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift as much as 50 pounds.
License/Certification:
• Driver's License (Required)
