We’re proud to have produced this screen printed label for Merry Edwards W**ery, created in honor of the late David Lance Goines, the celebrated Bay Area artist known for his distinctive Art Nouveau style.

Featuring a violinist framed by grapevines and berries, the artwork carries Goines’ unmistakable illustration style onto the bottle with remarkable detail.

While the label uses just six spot colors, carefully applied halftones create the illusion of additional shades, depth, and subtle gradation, particularly throughout the leafy background and nuanced tones of the figure. It’s a technique that allowed us to preserve the integrity of Goines’ original linework while adding dimension through screen printing directly on glass.

We’re honored to have played a part in bringing this tribute to life.

This is our favorite part. ✨

For Dinner in the Vineyard at the iconic Stag's Leap W**e Cellars, we created custom artwork inspired by the estate and the evening, brought to life through live bottle painting during the event.

As special as the finished bottles are, some of our favorite moments happened around the artist’s table.

Guests stopped to watch the painting process, ask questions, share stories, and connect over the art. There was so much curiosity, conversation, and joy surrounding the experience, and we loved being part of it.

It’s these moments that remind us that art can be more than something beautiful to take home. It can become part of the experience itself, bringing people together while creating a lasting keepsake of a special place and time.

One design. Two completely different expressions.

Some artwork comes to life through layering screen printed colors and halftones. The same concept, reimagined through etching, creates depth, texture, and an entirely different, one-of-a-kind feel.

When we’re developing R&D concepts, we love asking: “What would this look like in the other medium?”
