As a business owner, you have your hands full. But fundamentally, there are only 2 things that will make your business grow:

1. Getting more customers.
2. Making your customers worth more.

Let's break it down a bit 🤔

Getting more customers means getting more traffic, increasing your conversion rates, or (ideally) both.

Increasing the value of your existing customers is accomplished by raising your prices (or decreasing cost of goods sold), which means increasing the perceived value of what you're selling, or by getting your customers to buy more things / buy more often.💲

If you aren't spending time focusing on the actions mentioned above, your business isn't going to grow, period.

Looking at growth from this perspective makes it easier to compare what you're CURRENTLY doing with what you SHOULD be doing.

A good marketing strategy takes all of these factors into account and includes systems that check each box. ✅😎
