What You'll Be Doing: Mentoring and guiding our design team to reach their full potential. Collaborating with our dynamic sales staff to bring sign design concepts to life. Creating precise production drawing for a variety of signage, from internally illuminated signs to monumental structures.

What We're Looking For:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the sign industry, balancing creative design with technical drafting skills.
Familiarity with 3D design and an extensive knowledge of sign-making materials.
Proficiency with design software, including LXI (FlexiSign), Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
Experience with Roland and HP printers, Graphtec plotters, and a range of industry-standard tools.
Mechanical construction knowledge or experience is a plus.
Technical degree or coursework in related fields preferred but not required.

Quickly adapt to our design and fabrication standards.
Interpret design requirements and sign ordinances accurately.
Work efficiently, meet deadlines, and handle a heavy design workload.
