Did you know your nervous system helps determine how you experience your entire day?
As a mom of three, I used to think I needed better routines, more discipline, or a cleaner house to feel less overwhelmed. Anyone else? 😭🖐️
But I’ve learned that sometimes my nervous system is simply carrying more stress than I realize.
Just 5 minutes of slow breathing in the morning can signal safety to your body, lower stress, and help you respond more calmly to the inevitable chaos that comes with raising kids.
I’m still learning this myself, but I’m discovering that taking care of my nervous system isn’t selfish—it’s one of the best things I can do for my family.
