Nowhere else I’d rather be than in this room with these women 💜

thanks for giving us the opportunity to create new connections and celebrate international women’s day in such an intentional way. We learned why it’s important for women to take up space, to go for it even if we fail, and to lead unapologetically.

We learned that together, when we give our authentic selves to help build up one another, we all win. When we give, we gain.

Five whole years of C&C 🎂

At a loss of words for how to express my gratitude for this journey and for each person who has worked with us, referred us, trusted us, and supported us.

Any business owner knows it takes a village and I’ve been incredibly blessed with the support that’s been poured into me over the last 5 years.

Whether that support looked like words of advice, a comment on a post, connecting me with someone new, subscribing to our email list, applying to work here, or simply cheering for small businesses in general and championing for other women — it’s all made an impact.

God has created opportunity after opportunity and connection after connection, and He has been so faithful. A little leap of faith turned into a business beyond anything I could have dreamt up five years ago when I quit a full-time, salaried job to pursue…I don’t even know what!! 

I had no idea what I was going after, all I knew was what God was calling me into something different, something scary (something worth it) that has challenged me in SO many ways.

There’s been many lessons learned, but most importantly, there’s been people who’ve invested in me and trusted me to lighten their load and spread their message. THANK YOU to the 50+ clients who have worked with us and the hundreds of people who’ve mentioned my name/company in a room full of others. That’s what it’s all about.

Here’s to five years of serving, creating, and building something special 🥂

You rarely cancel Friday night plans with your girlfriend. We know you’re loyal and always keep your promises.

But sometimes, you break the promises you made to yourself. You’ll skip the gym after work when you feel exhausted, or you’ll keep scrolling on the couch instead of reading that new book you wanted to start. Why does it feel easier to keep promises to others than to ourselves at times? The same thing happens on social media.

Business owners and creators can be so loyal to the apps they love, the influencers they admire, and the business accounts they follow, but posting for themselves consistently can be the first thing to go when things get busy. Breaking the promise with yourself to show up consistently on Instagram is the worst, and it happens over and over and over again. Believe me, I’ve spoken with SO many founders through the years who struggle with this.

Priorities shift constantly, and curating a social media grid can easily fall to the bottom of the to-do list. When you find someone who understands you, your brand, your mission, your services, and all the ins and outs of your business, that person is the social media manager and partner you need. It’s a promise to your business (and yourself) that you’re taking social media marketing seriously and to your audience that you are there for them, consistently.

You’re building trust and connection with an audience that wants or needs your service by consistently showing up for them on socials. We’d love to get to know you and your business so we can be your social media bff.
